This morning, a blanket of snow covered the Leicestershire beauty spot which was named as the 10th most loved park (outside of London) in the UK.
In glistening Winter scenes, the iconic Old John Tower could be seen sheathed by snow and surrounded by miles of undisturbed countryside. There were no signs of the deer that call the public park, located in Charnwood Forest, home, however the park was open to the public as usual.
