Philip Sampath creates this signature dish at the famous crab restaurant at the the Trinco Blu Hotel in the Trincomalee region of Sri Lanka.
In order to make the dish you will need:
2 Fresh lagoon Crab
1 tsp mustard Seeds
1 tsp fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
2 tsp pepper
1 cinnamon stick
drumstick leaves
1 tsp sweet cumin,
2 tsp coriander seeds
bandar leaves
2 tspsalt
2 tsp sugar
tomato paste
curry leaf
lemon grass
sliced garlic
sliced opnion
4 tsp oil
1 cup water
coconut milk
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp roasted curry powder
2 tsp (more optional) chilli powder
2 tbsp mustard cream
roughly 100g chopped tomatoes
2 tsp raw curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
