The Curve has had an amazing journey since being opened back on December 4th 2008 by Her Majesty the Queen. Since then its seen witness to a variety of shows from the big budget Hollywood to the locally produced, and has worked with more than 4-thousand school children around the city visiting more than 160 schools. The theatre, which was completed over budget and was badly managed in its first few years had to battle public perception and negativity in the local media, but 5 years on it has helped put Leicester on the map and is loved by all who have visited.
