U Fit Studio and Chutney Ivy restaurant joined forces to serve up healthy Indian cuisine at a special dining event.
The aim of the ‘Dine on a Diet’ event was to help people make healthier choices when dining out. 55 guests attended, including former Leicester City player, Steve Walsh.
Diners were introduced to the concept of clean Indian dining as part of a healthy lifestyle and learnt how to prepare dishes and how it can be part of a healthy fitness regime.
Owner of U Fit Studio, Joe Hanney worked alongside the chefs at Chutney Ivy create the menu.
